Tristan TuckerJanuary 9, 2024Mary and Nick were a pleasure to work with. Overall, I was pleased with 360's professionalism, responsiveness, and workmanship. They returned quickly to address a couple of minor issues, even after being paid, which definitely made all the difference to me. The whole project, with change orders and touch-ups, was completed in a couple of weeks. I would caution anyone using 360 to stick with Sherwin Williams-branded paint. Unfortunately, we insisted on Benjamin Moore for a particular sheen and the quality wasn't as advertised by Benjamin Moore. The paint, marketed to be durable and scrubbable in eggshell, burnishes with even the slightest touch after the curing period, but only on lighter-colored walls. I don't fault 360, as it's difficult to know whether the issue originated with the manufacturer or distributer, or whether it's simply the color. All that to say, they seem much more familiar with (and confident in the results of) Sherwin Williams products.

Courtney SNovember 27, 2023I used 360° Painting of Greater Nashville to finish my (very) unfinished garage. They arrived promptly at the very beginning of their arrival window, and took stock of the area. It turns out my original quote included a smaller scope-of-work for the walls than what was needed (one layer of skim, versus mudding), changing what was planned to be a 1-day job into a 3 day job. Uh oh, right? Bait-and-switch, right? Nope. These guys made it right--instead of a massive markup due to the increased scope of work, the only increased cost to me was to cover the labor of the mudding, sanding and painting. They did everything to make it right, and were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. The end result was a garage with completely finished walls, smooth, blemish-free, and well painted. I will be using 360° Painting for any future painting projects, and will recommend them to anyone in the greater Nashville area who may be looking for painters.
