Brian Conrad started his career in Corporate America and opened 360° Painting of Naperville with over 10 years in Business Management, Process & Operational Infrastructure and Supply Management, and Data Analytics Background. It was always his personal goal to own and grow his one business, staffing & managing talented individuals, and delivering a quality service – something he could be proud of!
Roxanne Conrad also started her career in Corporate America and joined Brian shortly after opening 360° Painting of Naperville, bringing over 15 years of experience specializing in Building Customer Service Teams, Corporate Communications, and Marketing. She loves the opportunity to bring her skill set directly into an industry that has sometimes lacked professional structure and great customer communications.
Roxanne has served 6+ years as a Board Member for the Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce, including 2 years as Chairman of the Board.
