360 painting did a great job repairing our cracked ceilings. They went above and beyond making sure they did it right and fixed the problem. We had the BEST experience with 360 Painting of Southlake! Our house had a flood and needed a new ceiling, dry wall, texture, etc. in multiple rooms and in ceilings and walls. Their team made it look seamless, worked quickly, freshened up the space immensely and cared about all the little details. They educated me on what kind of paint and texture was needed and their expertise was much appreciated. Their crew cleaned up diligently everyday, and protected our furniture in and around the damaged areas. It looks better than it ever did before our flood. The kindness of the crew, and the owners is what sets them apart from the rest. You cannot go wrong with 360 Painting! Their integrity and thoroughness is second to none. I was very pleased with the job that 360 did.for 6 rooms in my home. Sharon and Craig  were involved from start to finish and provided outstanding customer service and ensured things went smoothly. Before 360 painting:  heavily peeling west side, cracking & bubbling south side, last several paint jobs were not quality.  The metal gate had rust and was chalky.

Prior to their bid:.   They brought the paint rep by to evaluate the problems we had and to make recommendations on next steps. They also checked in to see what questions we had.

They helped me decide on paint grade, finish, primer grade, & offered a few color sample swatches.

Paint day 1-6 (with 2 half day rain outs). Very neat and professional job.   Arrived on time and on schedule.  Sharon and Craig (owners) checked in with us daily, and with the paint crew.  They brought supplies when they were needed.  Made sure all was well and everyone was happy.  Communicated early/often.

We have a fresh, smooth paint on exterior, patio, porch , doors, lentils,  iron posts, iron gate, &  mailbox.   No drips, mistakes, misses or messes. Our home in Keller had beautiful plantation shutters that had been painted at some time in the past with a pale yellow color that I could not live with.  It seemed to make the whole house drab.  First - this is a specialty painting task that required real skill and I had a hard time finding someone I trusted enough to even bid.  Craig and Sharon (the owners) came out to explain their business model and it fit right in line with my expectations.  I could not be more pleased with the outcome.  I'm ecstatic - they are beautiful.  The crew that did our job was Julio and Josue - those two are the kindest, most efficient, careful, detail oriented pair and it was truly a joy when they showed up on the worksite (for 4 days).  I am attaching a couple of pics that compare before and after, but they just don't do justice. Attention to detail, customer service, sharing information so I could make an informed decision, competitive pricing, quality materials, courteous employees, thorough cleanup after the job.
