Basil Nichols2023-02-14We retained 360 Painting to paint the exterior of our house, and a strip of fence, and frankly they were incredible from start to finish. It began with a bid that was very detailed, easy to read, and fair, and set forth the price of various options clearly. Courtney then provided wonderful advice on what to paint, the paint to use, and recommended a color change that had a huge positive impact on the final product. Her input was definitely not intended to increase costs -- assuring us that certain lower cost alternatives were sufficient -- and when she received a discount from her supplier she passed it directly on to us (even mid-project when she obtained a higher quality paint at the same price). The work team headed up by Daniel was incredibly skilled, polite, hard-working, and responsive to every request. Courtney was out there constantly making sure every detail was perfect and quickly remedied every issue that came up. Finally, Courtney and Daniel decided that the fence stain that had been chosen would not look as good, quickly contacted me, then replaced it with the perfect choice. I'd say that 360 Painting was as good as advertised, but that would be an understatement.
