Jim Norconk – Owner
Jim spent most of his career in the substance abuse treatment industry. He started working as a mental health tech working overnights in an emergency mental health hospital. He then earned his Bachelor of Science, followed by his Masters, and became a mental health counselor specializing in substance abuse treatment. Eventually he became Clinical Director for a number of years, followed by a natural move to the operational side of the substance abuse treatment business. He spent the last ten years building and running treatment facilities. Jim has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, and after 20 plus years in addiction treatment, he and his wife, Teri, started looking for a new opportunity. They found Premium Service brands and 360° Painting. Jim never thought he would own a painting company, much less have such a blast doing so. “ I am really in the people business. I am blessed to be able to wake up everyday to something new, meet amazing people, work with talented painters and our 360 team, see the amazing sites and homes of WNC, and use my talents in project management. It excites me when the customer has that ‘wow’ moment, is impressed with a job well done and enjoys customer service above their expectations.”
In his free time Jim loves spending time with his family, playing and listening to music, shooting (he is a NRA firearms instructor), mountain biking and traveling.

Teri Norconk – Owner
Teri’s early career was spent in retail management. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and English, she became the District Manager and Buyer for multiple Hallmark stores which her family owned. Later, she worked for Corporate Hallmark as a Store Manager and District Trainer, managed store openings, and then moved into banking for a number of years. Currently…. well, sorry, it’s secret squirrel stuff… 🙂 but she is a sub contractor engaged in Bank Secrecy Act and US Patriot Act compliance.

Teri enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and has become somewhat of an expert on blue birds and their nesting habits.
Teri is in charge of all things financial with 360° Painting of Asheville.
