I recently hired 360 Painting of DC to clean and paint the exterior of my townhouse, and they did an exceptional job. From the start, they provided a comprehensive estimate that included detailed "before" photos right up front, which was incredibly helpful. I’m also glad I asked about the cleaning and power washing ahead of time; they bundled it all into the service upfront, which was very convenient. The biggest value for me was the time savings. Because of my schedule, I wasn't able to be on-site while they worked, but they managed the entire process seamlessly in my absence. They provided complete before, during, and after photographic documentation of the process, which gave me total peace of mind. If you are someone who pays close attention to detail, this is the company to hire. Their precision absolutely satisfied my high standards. Before starting, I had some concerns about potential dry rot in the wood. They thoroughly inspected the areas and gave me an honest, straightforward recommendation on the situation. The pricing for the entire project was very fair, the crew was clean and professional, and the finished job looks great. I'm glad I found a painting company that I will be using regularly.

I was very pleased with the work performed by 360 DC Painting, on my unit that was emptied for rental purpose. Initially, the manager (Lorna) made a visit to the unit to be painted to understand exactly what should be done. She showed to be quite knowledgeable about the work, making helpful suggestions about color matching and other details important to pass smoothly on the inspection for the DC licensing. Once the proposal budget was accepted and date established, the painter team, including painters and manager (Milagro) came on time and performed the work. After the work was completed, Lorna went back to the unit and agreed that the work was good and some minor details could be improved. This improvement was timely done and perfected the work. This included additional work of fixing a gap left by the electrical panel, for which they kindly provided another contractor who did the work very well, and again in a timely manner. The painter team worked efficiently considering time, friendly approach and left the unit clean and organized. Overall, I do recommend 360 DC painters as reliable, good price, good work with a friendly and motivated team. Thank you, guys, you did well.

I had such a great experience with 360 Painting DC! They painted the entire inside of my house—which was no small job—and also did some exterior work. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work with. The painters themselves were fantastic—skilled, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work. Every wall was carefully sanded, and they fixed all the cracks and imperfections before even picking up a paintbrush. The quality really shows in the final result. What impressed me most was the level of attention throughout the project. Either the owner or the production assistant stopped by every day to check on the progress and make sure everything was on track. That kind of follow-through is rare and made me feel like my home really mattered to them. They also gave me a very detailed estimate and scope of work up front, so I knew exactly what to expect—no surprises. 360 Painting of DC is a fantastic company! I recently moved to the area and needed the entire interior painted (about 4900 sq. ft.). I had the same crew for the entire time and they are real professionals in addition to being very caring of my belongings. They went out of their way to take my schedule into account when starting and finishing each area of the house. They even worked hard enough to get my bedroom done in one day so that I did not miss sleeping in my room even one night. Their pricing is very competitive and the work was perfect, and I am very picky. Lorna, the owner, was a delight to deal with and offered excellent suggestions on the color and sheen of the paints used. She is a real professional. I will use them again to paint the outside of my house when the weather permits.

Lorna, the owner and supervisor, gave us a strong and detailed proposal at a good price, offered lots of helpful recommendations, the crew (Carlos and Juan) was efficient and skilled (and friendly and easy to work with), and they spent time making sure we were happy with all of the work via a walk-through to catch anything needing patching. The kitchen cabinets were sanded and painted offsite and came out looking really sharp. They also power washed the exterior of our house at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.

As the project manager we worked with from start to finish, she made sure the project was completed to our satisfaction, and in fact to her own high standards that may have been higher than ours, but not at any added cost. Our house needed a complete repainting from top to bottom, and we also were looking to complete a challenging wallpapering in one room, that we saw would require reconstructing the crown molding after the upholstered wall covering was removed. Lorna made sure the painting task was completed just as we'd asked, and at a competitive price as we had bid out the project among vendors. She also gave a competitive bid on the wallpapering and crown molding reconstruction task, which was then completed at or above our standards.
