Stellar experience with Jim and crew at 360. I had contacted them regarding an outdoor painting job and they arrived quickly and made me a really good offer. They were knowledgeable and offered me alternatives and suggestions that I hadn't thought of for my project, and did so without trying to 'sell' me more. They actually had thought of details I knew nothing about. They started the job ultra quick and kept in contact with me constantly throughout the process. Christian was great at his craft and not only was the work stellar, but when he left, aside from the work done, you'd never know anyone was there. There was no trash of any kind and everything was as good or better than it was when he arrived. All the staff I dealt with were extremely professional while also being down to earth and eager to do a great job. In a time where it seems customer service has taken a back seat, Jim has created a culture at 360 Paint that should be THE model for how professionalism, great work at a fair price, and customer service should be done. Excellent all the way around and highly recommended!

I hired 360 Painting to remove all of the popcorn from my vaulted ceiling and dining room. It took 3 days, and everything was extremely clean afterwards. They were extremely careful with all of my furniture, and I didn’t have to move anything myself. The ceiling looks amazing, and I never thought it could actually look this good.

Could not be more pleased with the work 360 Painting did in our home. Beyond the professional painting was the excellent communication and coordination of the Territory Manager, Robby Hermanns. He was on top of every aspect of the project. The crew even helped with reconnecting all our devices and moving the heavy furniture back into place, really appreciated since my just-had-knee-replacement husband would have had a hard time with that. I'm just thrilled to have had pros who take pride in customer service, which is a rarity in my experience. Could not recommend them more highly.

Jake as well did a great job, addressing any small items on our post walk-through. What we were very impressed by as well was that Robby came back and did an inspection of the completed job with us, asking as well for input/feedback. I had contacted 360 Painting to remove my popcorn ceiling and to paint the entire two-story area. Robby Hernanns was the territory manager who came to evaluate my project and to give me my quote. He noticed that I had wallpaper that was peeling in my second-floor landing. I bought the house in 2003 and it came with the wallpaper on and was probably from the year it was built, 1988. After the project got started I asked him if he could take down the wallpaper in my bedroom and the dining room. He came out to evaluate the area and I said to him, can you take all the wallpaper in the house down and while you’re at it just paint the entire house. However, I needed the project done within the two-week period we had agreed upon because I was going to be leaving town. He assigned two fabulous painters to my home. One was Guillermo Valdez and the other was Martine. They worked nonstop and they even worked through the weekend the first week to bring this project to completion on time. When the popcorn came down, I noticed I had some issues with roof leaks from over the years and I had to get a roofer on, and Guillermo even worked with him, showing him every area where the integrity may have been compromised. They completed the project on time and did a fabulous job painting, and then the shop vac came in and they cleaned up like I could not believe. Everyone knows removal of popcorn is one of the nastiest jobs out there, but my house looks so good when they finished I could’ve cried for joy. I cannot recommend this company enough. The workmen were reliable, I met with them every morning and every evening to look at what was being done to make sure we were all on the same page and almost every morning the territory manager was over there, looking at the job also. I do feel that this was money well spent on quality work.

The team helped me put everything back together and even helped me when a bear knocked over the garden fountain. We recently bought a home and the previous owners had not performed any maintenance on the deck in almost a decade. The deck looked very rough. Dante and the 360 Painting team evaluated the wood and came up with a plan to revitalize the deck. They were very professional and did all the extra work necessary to make the deck a standout showplace for our home. I recently had the 360° crew paint the interior of my house. It wasn't an easy job because it involved removing old wallpaper and outdated popcorn ceilings in three bathrooms. The crew manager was in good communication and the crew was on time and even finished with the job before the expected deadline. I was very pleased with the quality of work. When I had an issue with damage to my fire alarm system, the manager and owner worked with me and admitted that it was due to their mistake and should never have happened. They reimbursed me for the damage and went to great lengths to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the job and the final outcome. I am so pleased that I finally found a local company that believes in customer satisfaction and will stand by their work 100%! I recommend 360° Painting to anyone who wants to make sure that their job gets done right!
