The painters did an outstanding job and were very courteous, prompt, and respectful of our home. They were so careful not to 'mess/destroy' the kitchen. They took the time to cover every inch of the kitchen: walls, floor, appliances, etc., with the drop cloths/plastic to ensure nothing would get damaged or painted. They also did the same with the hallways leading in and out of the front door and garage (where the cabinets had to dry because of the rain). Kudos to the expertise and professionalism of Pablo, Jose, Carlos, and Suyaipa. We would like others to know our satisfaction with working with your business.

Jennifer was also amazing to work with! She was so patient with us throughout the process and provided wonderful customer service. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, she was right there, making sure everything went smoothly.
Our ceiling in the bonus room needed a lot of work, and they did a great job patching it up and painting it. There was also one section that needed a second coat, and Josh, the general manager, personally came back with Paolo to take care of it. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction really stood out. On top of that, they were affordable and committed to making sure everything was perfect. Seeing Josh step in to ensure everything was just right showed their exceptional level of service.

Edit: I want to be certain that anyone reading this knows this portion of the company was sold, (I can NOT attest to the work of the current ownership) so this review is for the company now called 'ProBuild of the Carolinas.' If you are looking for a talented, professional & honest company that pays very close attention to detail, then look no further! We bought a home with a dining room that had custom-made thick wallpaper and a crazy textured ceiling that no other company wanted to touch.
