Our wood garage doors were 21 years old. Multiple coats of varnish. Doors discolored, bare spots, chipped and peeling. New door replacement very expensive. Doors stripped down to the base wood and varnish applied, looks like new. If I ever need interior painting
First things first. I contacted 360 Painting in 2023, got a quote, and then life did things. Family illnesses, family deaths, so many things out of our control. But my quote held through it all. After several months it was time to get the house painted. Then tragedy struck again. 360 Painting said, "No worries, we will be here when you're ready."
When things settled down, I reached out again, and our quote was still solid, the color choice was confirmed three more times to make sure it was what we wanted, and a date was set.
Weather prevented the first attempt, but soon after we had a crew at the house power washing the exterior, prepping for the painting day. Two days later, the crew came back and started the long process of taping and putting up plastic. Taping and plastics truly is the longest part of the process. Then the painting started and it moved quickly. Two crew members remained behind to double-check and do touch-ups for missed spots. It was early evening when they left. But they removed all taping and plastics, and got every bit cleaned up. The next day I saw a few missed spots and they sent an inspector out, then a crew member out ASAP to cover that. It was simply an angle of spray and the sunlight effect that made it hard to notice. But they got it done! We went from a faded, dingy cream yellow to a beautiful gray!
While there was a language barrier between myself and the crew, one of the lead guys used Google Translate to answer my questions and we had a good, quick conversation! Very impressed with his willingness to work it out so communicating was easier.
If I ever need interior painting done, this is the company I will choose!
