We had a great experience with 360 Painting of Naperville! We had interior drywall fixed, paint touch-ups, and some full rooms painted. And we also had some exterior painting done to our doors and windows. Jim was easy to work with and was very detailed so we knew we were on the same page and getting everything complete as we wanted. Louis and Jose did the work and did a GREAT job. They made sure we were happy with how everything turned out before considering anything complete. We’re very happy with the results and plan to use them again for future painting projects!

We got a very detailed estimate showing every side of the house and what needs to be done.
They were very flexible in adjusting the schedule, as we had to move it a few times due to a family emergency.

They never tried to upsell anything and were right on the spot on my expectations.
Last but certainly not the least, the painters did a very good job.
We had some rotten sidings and they repaired them to match the originals.
We have a glass-topped sunroom and they were very careful painting above that.
They did a thorough job—very experienced and professional.
They were very honest and trustworthy. We were not home a few days, but we were comfortable giving them access codes to our garage.

The office communication was great! The workers who painted and did repairs to needed areas were top-notch professional, efficient, detail-oriented, and very friendly. Their care to every detail was awesome. Can't say enough how happy we are. James came and inspected the work and will follow up on any touch-ups he finds needed, areas I wasn't concerned with; this is the level of service we received. Even the scheduling manager Carla was wonderful and flexible with me during my color deliberations. Jonathon and his team worked so hard in the sweltering summer heat every day doing meticulous work to transform our house. Results completely delivered!
