We wanted our unfinished basement ceiling painted black, and I am thrilled I went with 360 Painting of Naperville. After obtaining a few quotes, this was by far the most reasonable and kindest to work with! From the scheduling manager to the on-site painters—everyone was wonderful to work with! Carla was flexible with scheduling and responded right away. Louise and Jose were our on-site painters and did a phenomenal job. Their skills in painting was noticeable, and you could tell they took pride in their work. They were receptive to feedback during the final walkthrough and touched up any areas I wanted extra paint on. They were kind when my kids wanted to talk with them in passing and always had a smile on their faces. Would highly recommend these two for your paint job and the company in general!

We had such a great experience with 360 Painting! James met with us to discuss our project, and we received a detailed quote within a couple of days. The crew (Eulices, Angel, and Luis) were fantastic. They worked hard, were very respectful, and showed great attention to detail. We had the exterior of our home painted, including our deck, as well as some drywall repairs inside, and everything turned out beautifully. We had a great experience with 360 Painting of Naperville! We had interior drywall fixed, paint touch-ups, and some full rooms painted. And we also had some exterior painting done to our doors and windows. Jim was easy to work with and was very detailed so we knew we were on the same page and getting everything complete as we wanted. Louis and Jose did the work and did a GREAT job. They made sure we were happy with how everything turned out before considering anything complete. Paint360 not only gave us the best estimate, but they were the most professional. We got a very detailed estimate showing every side of the house and what needs to be done. They were very flexible in adjusting the schedule, as we had to move it a few times due to a family emergency. The staff was very courteous and friendly, via email/phone and in person. They never tried to upsell anything and were right on the spot on my expectations. Last but certainly not the least, the painters did a very good job. We had some rotten sidings and they repaired them to match the originals. We have a glass-topped sunroom and they were very careful painting above that. They did a thorough job—very experienced and professional. They were very honest and trustworthy. We were not home a few days, but we were comfortable giving them access codes to our garage. Overall, we are very happy about their service and quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone. This is for the business 360 Painting.

Even the scheduling manager Carla was wonderful and flexible with me during my color deliberations. Jonathon and his team worked so hard in the sweltering summer heat every day doing meticulous work to transform our house. Results completely delivered! The 360 Painting team did a tremendous job on our home. They were both professional and efficient from start to finish, and we would highly recommend them for your next painting project. Tara and the Castro brothers worked diligently to transform our oak trim from orange to white, in addition to painting or staining other areas in our home like the staircase risers, doors, window casings, fireplace mantels, and exterior cedar siding. We met the 360 project manager, Tara, and quality control manager, James, a couple of months ago at the Kane County fairgrounds home show. We liked them immediately. Their proposal was very fairly priced based on a few other estimates, and we hired them. Their customer service is impeccable. Also want to give a shout-out to Carla, who handles the scheduling for the team. Tara came to our house every day during the project. We had a big job, which included removing 30-year-old burlap wallpaper in our foyer and living room/hallway. We also had several drywall repairs and the fireplace wall and mantle painted. The team who did the work, Ulysses, Angel, and Luis Castro (brothers), were very polite and hard workers. They did a great job! James and Ulysses even cleaned our foyer chandelier, which was desperately needed. Looks like a brand new light. They painted a bathroom and replaced the light, which we provided. Ulysses came back a week later to handle some touch-up work, which is not unusual with any paint job. Again, he was very patient with my requests and handled it all very well. Overall, we are very pleased with the finished project, the customer service, and working with the whole team was a very good experience! I would recommend 360 to everyone. Thank you all!

Tara Canty excellently coordinated and facilitated the color selection and scheduling for the power washing and painting of shutters and the front door on my house. She visited the project site several times to supervise the work, and the billing and payment process was efficiently handled. The project painters were professional and personable and kept me updated throughout the time they were here. They also rehung the shutters without any damage to newly-installed siding. The clean-up was excellent. I would recommend 360 Painting for any interior or exterior painting project and I will use them again for future painting projects.
