When the owner comes in, shakes your hand, and calls you by name, you already know you’ve made the right choice. I could not have had a better team than James, Matt, and Austin. Each day, James would show me what was accomplished and what the plan was for that day, which led to my project being done right on time. Everyone was respectful of my house and belongings. I am beyond pleased with the finished product and would not hesitate to recommend 360 to anyone. Job well done!

We recently contracted to have our Ellis Hollow home painted by 360 Painting from Jamesville, NY. This is a large-scale operation running as many as 7 crews at a time, which gives them the opportunity to be very responsive and to have the skills to handle all phases of the job. They were very proactive and had a crew on site and beginning work within days of our first contact. Pricing was competitive and favorable. The job site remained neat and there weren't any spills or accidents. The crew was pleasant and cooperative throughout our week of interactions. The owner, Ian Webber, did the estimating himself and was very responsive when questions arose. He continually expressed an interest in making sure that we were fully satisfied with all phases of the work, including the need to negotiate successfully a compromise on one unexpected issue that surfaced. A first-class outfit all around and I would highly recommend them based on our experience.

Ian and his crew have been helping us transform the colonial we bought for almost two years. Instead of spending tens of thousands of dollars on new cabinets, his crew sanded, painted, and installed new fixtures in our kitchen. It was a total metamorphosis, I get so many compliments on them now. They have done our whole kitchen, our dining room and ceiling, our living room, they’ve even patched drywall destroyed by our dogs! It’s amazing what the power of paint can do to elevate your home. Affordable, high quality, great people. Called 360 Painting after receiving a recommendation off Facebook for our cathedral ceiling project. Ian was out to our house for an estimate within a day or two and provided an honest assessment of the project. Rather than assuring us that it could be done right away, as other companies did, he noticed moisture issues in the ceiling and recommended that we had a roofer check out the roof before they began any work. This saved us thousands of dollars of future repairs. From this point I knew they cared about their work, reputation, and their customers. We ended up needing roof work and the company was super friendly and easy to work with. The 360 Painting quote was more affordable than the other companies I had asked, and we could not be happier with our decision. Our painter was friendly, very courteous of our home, and communicated with us about every step of the scope of work. It was clear that he cared about the work and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We were very happy with our choice and will be looking to work with Ian and 360 Painting again in the future.

Ian is such a great guy, was the fastest to get out to me and get me a quote and completely understanding and respectful of my wanting to shop around a little bit, gave plenty of space, ended up going with him and the work he did was fantastic, attention to detail was impeccable, at one point I raised some concerns to him, felt like it could have been scraped a bit more thoroughly, and he promptly responded, thanked me for letting him know, and immediately the following morning was back out to give his crew the necessary guidance, they were out there the next day with electric sanders going over areas they already painted to clean it up. Ian is just a stand-up guy, does great work and can’t recommend him and 360 Painting highly enough.

We hired 360 Painting of Syracuse to paint the interior of our house. The crew was very professional, prompt, and clean. The job was done in the time frame that was promised. (This is a big thing for me... I don't like when a job is started and then a business tends to other jobs, which prolongs your project completion). They did a fantastic job painting, clean lines, and they work quick! Upon completion, they do a final walkthrough and have you inspect everything for approval.
