We recently contracted to have our Ellis Hollow home painted by 360 Painting from Jamesville, NY. This is a large-scale operation running as many as 7 crews at a time, which gives them the opportunity to be very responsive and to have the skills to handle all phases of the job. They were very proactive and had a crew on site and beginning work within days of our first contact. Pricing was competitive and favorable. The job site remained neat and there weren't any spills or accidents. The crew was pleasant and cooperative throughout our week of interactions. The owner, Ian Webber, did the estimating himself and was very responsive when questions arose. He continually expressed an interest in making sure that we were fully satisfied with all phases of the work, including the need to negotiate successfully a compromise on one unexpected issue that surfaced. A first-class outfit all around and I would highly recommend them based on our experience.
