    "We're remote owners of two homes in Bella Vista, and one of them needed some repairs. Since we were already going to paint one home, we thought, why not paint both at the same time? We received quotes from four vendors, and we were pleased to find that 360 Painting of NWA offered a fair price that was neither the lowest nor the highest. Bella Vista has a few rules and regulations regarding painting that we had to follow to get the go-ahead. We were a bit worried about handling all the paperwork from a distance, but thankfully, JT was there to offer his help if we needed it. JT also recommended a great contractor to handle the trim work we needed to complete before starting the painting. After each phase of the project, we received updates with photos of the completed work, which was great! There was just a tiny hiccup when one of the doors was painted the wrong color, but JT was on it right away and sent someone out the next day to fix it. We really appreciated how considerate his crew was—they even covered our neighbors' cars with tarps to protect them from overspray since the neighbors were away and couldn’t move their vehicles. While we haven't seen the finished work in person yet, our tenant has given us some positive feedback and is really happy with how everything turned out. JT has been super quick to respond to our text messages, which has made the whole process so much smoother for us being remote. We're really looking forward to seeing the finished product in person soon!"

    "360 Painting recently took on the repair and painting of our neighborhood stucco wall and fence in Fayetteville. I was in charge of this project for our POA representing about 100 neighbors, so my reputation was on the line. I dealt with JT of 360 for the entire project and I must say, it was a wonderful experience! JT responded immediately when I contacted him. Our project was multi-layered and JT gave us quotes for each piece of the project with no delays. His crews began the work exactly when he said they would be there and put in full days. He kept me informed daily of their activities. The work they did was well above what we as a board were expecting. Our stucco wall needed repairs, which JT researched and came up with a solution for us. Our wrought iron fence had never been painted (30 years old!). 360 Painting cleaned the fence first and then painted it with a superior product. Now our fence looks fantastic. Several neighbors have commented to me and my board that our fence looks like new again! No more algae or rust! The neighborhood residents are very excited about this. I am so glad I found JT and 360 Painting. He was professional from start to finish. He did what he said he was going to do and completed the job ahead of when he said he would. All of this while charging a very fair price. What a rare thing in this day and time. I couldn’t rate JT and his company any higher. Do not hesitate to use JT and 360 Painting for any of your painting needs. (I also used the company to paint my own wrought iron fence - great job!)"
