Excellent work. The walls they repaired and painted look brand new. They fixed the siding and painted our fireplace outside and it looks great. Very professional. Could not even tell they were there all day. Everything looked just as clean as when I left that morning. I highly recommend them and would give them more than a ten if the scale was higher. Great job!!!!

Five stars for 360 Painting. We got a few quotes for our project and Eddie was both the most competitive and the most thorough. He asked questions and pointed out potential issues that no one else addressed. Crew was fantastic - they worked quickly and quietly (I work from home) and did a great job of clean up. Very happy with our beautiful paint job and we will definitely be using 360 again!

I hired 360 Painting to paint my upstairs (approx. 850-950 +/- sq ft) because Eddie (the owner) said all the right things that should be included in a paint job, patching, sanding, customer service, etc. The stairwell has 58 spindles that I paid about $500 extra to be painted twice. I paid a handsome price for the job but, I did not (repeat, did not) get what I paid for. From the start, there were issues with the number of coats being applied, which I reminded him that my proposal stated two coats and I paid for two coats. Upon completion it was obvious that the spindles did not get two coats of paint; the white was showing through, throughout. I started looking at the trim and there was white coming through many areas and the difference in color is obvious. This confirmed what I already suspected as I kept a keen eye on what was being done. The master bath walls have issues and most of the ceilings did not get cut-in as there are clearly two different colors. I took pictures and sent them to Eddie. He came over and looked; I stated that I wanted my trim repainted, he said ok, but he had asked Esteban if they applied two coats and was told yes. He stated that he was a Christian and so was Esteban (most Hispanics are raised as Catholics) and I stated this does not mean that some Christians don’t misrepresent the truth. He adamantly refused to believe that they only applied one coat of paint even though the pictures and trim spoke for itself. I told him that if he thought I would spend $6,123.24 and not pay attention to what was being done, he was wrong. Esteban and his wife came back and spent three to four hours repainting the trim, in areas. Eddie advised me that it was hard to tell if all was covered since the paint was still wet and it would darken upon drying. As soon as they left, I put my hand around most of the spindles to find that they were dry, not wet as they should have been since this was the last thing done. I immediately contacted Eddie, who stated “well it dries pretty fast” and he saw Esteban and the wife painting them. So, was it too wet to tell or did it dry before they pulled out of my driveway. I advised Eddie that they did not use a ladder nor did it take the long period of time that it did during the first and only coat. He refused to believe that they did not repaint all the spindles, but he would come back the next day and look again. I started marking the spindles where the white was still showing through. I marked 11 in a row before I gave up. While they may have touched up some of the spindles, that’s all it was, a touch up. By this point I was so angry and tired of the silly excuses, but mostly astonished at Ed’s refusal to even entertain the possibility that only one coat could have been applied, certain that Esteban would not lie to him because he is a Christian. I advised him that it would be best if he did not come back to my home. Bottom line, you can’t deny the pictures and more importantly what’s right in front of your eyes. It simply was not/is not possible to have put three coats or even two coats of paint on the trim and have this much white shining through.

360 painting did a great job ridding the ceilings of popcorn texture at our new house. They finish the job faster than expected and left our home in a clean condition to move in. I definitely recommend them. I will be using them again.

Eddie is professional and great to work with. Esteban and his team did an outstanding job in completing the repairs and painting of our exterior trim and garage. Esteban came back after the project was completed to try to correct an error made previously by another painting company. This company truly knows how to provide customer service. Very pleased with the entire experience and 360 Painting.

I cannot say enough good things about 360 painting. Esteban and his crew were so impeccably neat and tidy. Most crews rinse their brushes in your yard leaving behind paint residue, but these wonderful people used a bucket and hauled off every scrap of trash they created and scraped and cleaned all of my windows to perfection. I have had many houses painted over the years, but this by far was the best job I have ever had done. Eddie, the owner, is wonderful to work with and you will not regret using 360 painting.
