My experience with 360 Painting was excellent in every aspect. The project involved painting a new, uninstalled bathroom vanity a shade that had to be applied perfectly, or it would show every tiny flaw. The painter, Manny, was a true professional. First, he found that the surface to be painted would not accept the standard primer, but he knew exactly the specialized product he needed and traveled to get it. He discussed with the company's paint supplier the shade we had chosen and said that while it could be closely matched, it wouldn't be perfect, so he bought the brand of paint we had color selected. Then, because of the nature of the surface, he used a microfiber roller rather than a sprayer to paint the piece. All of this took extra care, and while it took more time, he finished on the day scheduled because he stayed until it was finished. He was polite, patient, and told me what he was doing every step of the way to make sure I agreed with his approach. I can't wait to get something else to paint so I can deal with this company again.

We acquired a new business location last year, and the two restrooms were badly in need of an upgrade. I kept thinking it was a job I could do; I've done lots of painting in the past, but I kept putting it off because other things needed attention. I recently joined a new networking group and met Mike Nolan of 360 Painting of North Shore. Mike had his estimator come look at the job, very quickly we had a professional and reasonable estimate, I said yes, and they scheduled the job around our schedule. Last Friday afternoon and Saturday morning their painter, Mike (a different Mike), diligently worked at the job, did an outstanding job, and did an amazing cleanup when he was done. I was amazed at his attention to detail—every edge he had to paint up to was perfect. I'm hiring this organization for our next paint job, and I highly recommend that you talk to them if you have a paint job that you want done right.

We worked with 360 Painting twice this year. They did such a great job painting/restoring our exterior that they were immediate front-runners to come back and paint the inside of our home. We could not be happier with the result. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. The bid process was efficient and their price was fair and reasonable—not the lowest, not the highest, but a great value. Mike, our sales rep, was quick to respond to questions and adjust to our needs. Their design consultant helped us land on a clean, contemporary color palette. This project was long overdue so there was a significant amount of repair/patch work needed. Jose and his uncle were extremely meticulous throughout the job and the quality of their work was superb.
