From the moment we met with Mark at 360 on a full home exterior painting estimate, my family and I knew we were in professional and qualified hands. The process of getting an estimate was both thorough and transparent, broken down piece by piece, and without pressure or any possible questions left unanswered. The attention to detail was immediately clear. Within 10 days of this estimate, we had our house completely painted and looking brand new. The process could not have been more efficient! For the painting and minor repair services, it took about three full days as expected, and the crew was always exceptionally skilled, on time, very clean, and receptive. We were really impressed with the entire process (from estimation) until completion. The amount of prep work was awesome and their care for our home was noticeable. We set an appointment with 360 Painting and when Mark came out, everything seemed to fall into place. We had a color consultation and got the exact color (pure extra white) we wanted. Painting was postponed due to weather but as soon as the weather cleared, everything went smoothly. Lorenzo and his crew were very thorough. They paid attention to detail. When the painting was done, Mark came out and walked around the house with Lorenzo. Any “issues” were fixed. I then walked around with both of them. Things looked great. The next day, my husband walked around (in different lighting) and saw a few things I missed. Mark came out to look at them and contacted Lorenzo. They are coming out to fix them. I would definitely recommend 360 Painting for all of your painting needs (Grey color pictures are before) (White House after)

360 Painting of Overland Park did a phenomenal job on my house exterior! I'm very impressed with the quality of their work! Their project management team (Dee, Mark, and Lorenzo) were so professional and friendly, and were very courteous of my schedule. They really made the job run smoothly. The exterior work included painting, repairing the chimney siding, and adding some trim pieces to the house. They also did a number of small interior touch-ups, using several different colors I provided. The crew were very polite, and their workmanship was outstanding! This is a company where everyone seems to really care about and take pride in their jobs. So rare these days. You won't be disappointed if you hire 360 Painting!

Top-notch from start to finish
From start to finish this company was top notch! We have had problems with several different painting companies in the past, but this is a company where you get what you pay for. They may not be one of the cheaper bids you’re going to get, but you’ll get a quality job. It was late in the painting season, and when our original painting company selection fell through, we checked back with 360 Painting, and we are thankful owner Dee worked her scheduling magic and worked us in quickly. She was easy to get in direct contact with if needed. They were quick to get back with us with our questions. We emailed them with a long list of questions that they went down one by one and answered. We felt very comfortable after meeting with owners Dee and Bob that they ran a tight ship, but we originally went with one of the lower bids (that also had great ratings but weren’t anything like 360). We first met lead painter/project manager Lorenzo when he showed up for the power wash, and from that point on we knew we were in good hands. Lorenzo gave us daily updates about what was going on, and what would be going on the following day. The entire crew had worked together so long they knew exactly what they needed to do, and there was no downtime other than their lunch break. They were very thorough, efficient, hard-working, friendly, and respectful. They cleaned up very nicely. And to top off the great quality work, the crew really enjoyed their work and working together with each other.
