Great communication and customer service!
"We had 2 rooms painted and our kitchen cabinets. So we will start with the pros: got our job scheduled incredibly fast, which was great! We had a few miscommunications, but were able to work it out and they added a few things for me (like the ceiling being painted) and were very polite about it. Jen (estimator) was great to work with! Cost was reasonable. Guys that came out were polite and clean up was great. Painting job itself was fine—no real issues.
Cons: The process was slightly different than what we were told during the estimate, but hopefully the work holds up okay. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I do want to mention the only thing we were disappointed with somewhat was the repairing. My husband will probably have to fix the repaired areas and then touch up the paint in those areas, so in hindsight I’d probably just have saved the money and had him do them.
Other than that, though, I would recommend them for the painting portion! One door turned out a little funky, but to be fair I think the people before us painted way too thick for such a narrow door, so then when they re-did it, it just took weird. I don’t think it was their fault.
UPDATE: They reached out and came back out to fix everything! Great communication and customer service! Very happy customer now!"
