Chuck was friendly and professional, providing us with an estimate. The contract sent via email was thorough and easy to read. Sadie wasfriendly and quick to answer any questions and organized the whole project. I had a multiple room project which also included removing wallpaper, repairing holes in the wall where an old intercom system was removed, and replacing sheet rock after the tile backsplash was removed in the kitchen. She asked for measurements and pictures and was able to provide a quote back quickly. After accepting the quote I received a call from Sadie introducing herself, setting communication expectations, and updating me on timelines for completion. Ahead of schedule I received a second call from Sadie letting me know they would be starting my job in a few days. I received a call from Janelle the day before work was supposed to start to discuss paint mix options. My home was repainted during COVID and due to shortages a different base was used in my paint mix. Janelle was detailed in her explanation of how the different bases would look to ensure the shed matched our home. On the day work started Landon showed up on time and introduced himself and walked through the work he would be completing. Landon was extremely thorough and detailed ensuring that the paint spray did not hit our grass or the fence beside the shed. The work completed quickly and on time. I received a follow up call from Sadie making sure the work completed to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the work completed and the communication before, during, and after the process.
