Karen was professional, easy to work with, and she and her team did a fabulous job. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and did excellent prep work on cracks before painting. I would use them again

I started researching painting companies and getting bids in July of 2021 - Of the 7, yes SEVEN companies I bid out Karen was the only one who treated me with respect and didn't try to "mansplain" my project. I wasn't ready to paint may house until almost a year later, but the kindness and respect Karen gave me, I knew that was the company we were going to go with. I reached out to her, and she was able to get my project scheduled in a timely manner. She had excellent communication through the whole process and was incredibly respectful, even when I couldn't decide on colors! Her staff was also incredibly professional, detail oriented, and clean. The project was completed faster than I expected, and when I arrived home that evening, it was like I was pulling up to a brand new home. My house had not been painted in over 25 years, and had not been well maintained, Karen and her team really did transform my home. Once her crew was finished painted Karen and her assistant walked the exterior of my home with a fine tooth comb and made sure every single line was perfect. After I paid, and Karen's team left I found one tiny drip, I asked Karen what the best way for me to clean it up would be, with no expectation that she take any corrective action - but her team was out here the very next day, to make sure it was taken care of and my house was truly perfect. I can not recommend this company enough!!!!

We had a hell of a time finding a painting contractor to work with, having issues with two prior to working with Karen at 360. She came in at a great price and just the right attitude we needed towards our challenging color and product decisions. We were staining the exterior brick of our house, something not many are familiar with, and dealing with a nationwide product shortage. Karen managed to find us a product alternative that was even better than what we had originally found. She also went to bat for us when met with conflicting advice from reps of Benjamin Moore. She was responsive, took care of business, and understood perfectly how to manage our custom colors. Her painting team were swift and did a great job! Sure we went back over the fine details at the end of the job, but it was very very minor things and difficult to see. By the end it was perfect! Job well done!
