Not only was there a thorough digital quote package, including photos of the work site, but the pricing was already fair—and then the workmanship, communication, and courtesy from his entire work crew, and total execution, made it an even better deal! So much so, in fact, that my boss decided to have them paint two adjacent buildings as well!
To top it off, it was a little windy the day they sprayed one of the additional buildings, so a little overspray got on the glass front door of the building. They came back the same day we contacted them and took care of it perfectly.

Our house is 19 years old in an HOA full of cookie-cutter houses. We rented it out for several years, so there were an obscene amount of staples along the trim as they used so many Christmas lights and had holes in the ceiling of my patio. It was February and in between torrential downpours, Steve came out and did a thorough walk-through with me outlining all of the work he saw needed. Sue emailed me their quote and proof of insurance, which was an added touch. The conscientiousness impressed me and their rate was reasonable and a crew was able to get started the following week to prep and then paint. I wanted the identical colors and they did a great job. The before and after made me pleased. I received quotes up to three times as much, which made no sense for what we were requesting. I’m glad we found them and the service was top notch.
