Courtney has spent the last decade working in the marketing world, partnering with brands to clarify their vision, optimize their strategy, and scale in meaningful, sustainable ways. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to marketing, with a focus on aligning creative, data, and execution so brands don’t just grow, they grow with intention. She's a mom to a five year old boy (who is her mini-me) and loves being immersed in Legos and Minecraft when she's not knee deep in marketing.

Diego Bastidas was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia. Five years ago, he and his family relocated to the United States, settling in Charlotte, North Carolina. This quiet and peaceful city provided him with numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing him to earn a degree in architectural technology while working for a painting company.

During these intense workdays, he learned a wide range of techniques and processes related to residential and commercial painting. Through hands-on experience, he came to understand that even the smallest details truly matter and play a key role in providing the best possible service to every 360 Painting customer.

Josh is a native Charlottean and currently lives in Charlotte with his wife and two sons. He is passionate about bringing his clients’ visions to life and takes pride in delivering meaningful results. Guided by his faith and a deep love for his family and friends, he values time spent with his family above all else.

Cameron Lewis resides in Matthews, NC with his wife Danielle and is expecting their first child in May! He is a results-driven professional with a background as a Director of Strength and Conditioning, where he built a career around discipline, accountability, and high performance. He now brings those same competitive skills and relationship-focused principles to 360 Painting and More. Cameron is passionate about developing strong partnerships within the building industry while helping grow the company’s painting and drywall divisions. His goal is to deliver reliable, high-quality service while creating long-term value for builders, contractors, and homeowners alike.

With over 30 years of experience in business and operations, Rob focuses on making sure the company’s systems, processes, and tools support what matters most; delivering great service to customers and helping the team do their best work every day. He plays an important role in keeping the business organized, efficient, and prepared for growth.

Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Rob has spent much of his career helping businesses improve how they operate and adapt to change. His background allows him to bring thoughtful planning and practical solutions to the company, ensuring a strong foundation for both employees and customers.

Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Outside of work, he values family, community, and building something meaningful that customers can trust.

Kristin Rawdon is a South Carolina native, married with two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors. Kristin works as a customer service representative and takes pride in helping others and solving problems. She is dedicated to providing friendly, reliable support and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

Olivia brings over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on helping small businesses grow and thrive. She is passionate about working with small businesses, where wearing multiple hats and building meaningful partnerships are part of the journey. A proud University of South Carolina alum, she combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive brand growth and long-term success. She lives in Charlotte, North Carolina with her soon-to-be husband and their six-year-old black lab.

Ryan is a seasoned web and application developer with over 15 years of experience building and leading digital solutions for organizations ranging from solo founders to enterprise teams. As Director of Digital Engineering, he specializes in modern web architecture, WordPress CMS, React and Next.js applications, and scalable cloud-based systems, with a focus on turning complex requirements into reliable, intuitive products.

Outside of work, he is a dedicated father and an active member of his church community, where he serves and invests in meaningful relationships, believing that the best work ultimately comes from serving people well.

Outside of work, he can often be found cheering on Charlotte FC and volunteering with the supporters’ group, where he helps with events, social media, and bringing fans together. He enjoys staying active in the Charlotte community and being part of experiences that connect people beyond the workday.

Jennifer Bursey is the Senior Director of Customer Success. She focuses on building lasting partnerships and delivering meaningful results for every client. A firm believer that customer success drives business success, she specializes in developing high-performing Customer Success teams and brings a customer-first mindset to every engagement. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach or the mountains and spending time with her family.

John is a seasoned entrepreneur with a career built on launching and scaling disruptive businesses across diverse industries, from fast-moving consumer goods and health and wellness to specialized sectors like the automotive aftermarket. With a Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from Appalachian State University, John strategically maneuvers through the corporate landscape, leveraging his deep, cross-sectoral expertise to drive growth and ensure profitability.

Known for his "Next Level Hustle" approach, John's career is marked by a consistent trajectory of strategic planning, innovative growth initiatives, adept execution, and effective brand development. His visionary leadership not only propels growth but also inspires and empowers his team-many of whom have been with him for over 15 years-to achieve their full potential. Outside of work, John enjoys golf, fitness, and giving back to his community.
