Josh and his team did a wonderful job on our house. We moved from Baton Rouge to Lafayette, so we had a tight timeline of 2 weeks from closing to move-in day. Our carpenter took the first week, so that left the 360° Painting crew one week to paint our entire house (2,600 sq.ft.). We didn’t expect them to finish before the movers arrived to unload our furniture Friday afternoon, but they did! They pulled in an extra crew to get the job done. They even did some complimentary work that was needed, but we didn’t have on the scope of work. They went above and beyond to take care of us and make our move that much easier. Josh is a great communicator, very professional, and is attentive to details. Jonathan, Ruben, and the painting crew are true professionals and take pride in their work. We could tell that everyone working on our job was committed to making us happy… and we are.

Worth every penny
We received a few quotes for the painting of an exterior wood home in town. Initially, we chose to go with a lower-cost contractor because we thought 360 Painting was a bit too expensive. Well, we were proven totally wrong! Ultimately, we had to fire the first contractor because their quality was unacceptable (painting over failing paint, trying to double the cost, and other issues). We reached back out to 360 because Josh did make it clear when proposing that his cost was higher because they were serious about quality. 360 was able to take over the job and it was clear both Josh and his team actually cared about the quality. They went above and beyond to touch up areas that weren't in the original bid, prep and repair surfaces that had more damage than expected, and never did they come back and seek a change order. Their quality of work far surpassed expectations and we are no longer worried about having to come back in six months or a few years to re-do poor quality work. They're a bit more expensive but worth every penny. (Also the photos are just before they finished—they cleaned up all the loose paint and we did not have them paint that fence you see in the photos).

Meticulous Work and Detail
Chose 360 because of the customer service given to me by Joshua Caleb Gaspard. The estimate was the same day and the team was ready to start the job the next day, even in rain between showers they washed the building. I was assigned a master painter, Hasser Mejia, who was very meticulous about his work and detail. If the masking was going to slow the project down, he painted it at no charge. He beat me to work in the mornings and left my property clean. I would tell you to request Mr. Mejia if possible; he earned the respect of all the team.
