Property Protection

Before any work starts, we secure or cover landscaping, grills, outdoor furniture, and other outdoor features with tarps and drop cloths. Your property stays protected throughout the project.

Preliminary Walk-Through

An on-site supervisor walks the property with you before work begins. This step confirms exactly what you want and reduces guesswork before the first brush touches your home.

Surface Preparation

Proper preparation supports paint adhesion and longevity. Our process includes:

• Removing dirt and mildew using biodegradable detergent or bleach
• Scraping and sanding away peeling or flaking paint
• Spot priming, caulking, and applying putty as needed
• Evaluating and addressing any rotten or broken wood
• Securing loose boards, moldings, and protruding nails

Window & Fixture Preparation

We protect windows during painting and may remove screens, downspouts, storm windows, and shutters as needed. Any additional costs are communicated to you in advance.

Repair Evaluation

If minor repairs are identified that would affect the long-term performance of your exterior, we consult with you before proceeding. Any extra charges are agreed upon before work begins.

Painting

Finishing Touches
