Any time the service provided would have otherwise fallen short, Nick went above and beyond in his willingness to address any issues. If we pointed out an area the crew missed when they were cleaning up, Nick made sure they came back out to clean it up. Without any argument, Nick replaced a window well cover and a doorbell when unit owners suspected they were damaged in the painting process. He reached out as many times as necessary to get in touch with 96 unit owners to ensure 192 doors were able to be painted while they were open. Nick even had the team repaint several of our garage doors, in their entirety, to make sure the color was uniform after touching up some areas where additional rust inhibitor was needed. Even if they didn't always get it right, Nick was sure they made it right. The next time there is a paint project for The Townhomes, I hope to be in touch with Nick again."

    "Nick and team, Thank you so much for taking care of the exterior to our home! The estimate process was seamless and detailed with photos, the price was right. Our painter Erick and his apprentice took such great care of us. We give five stars to the quality of their work, communication on rain delays and professionalism they used by protecting the home and surrounding area they were working near. Erick is a great communicator and lets you know exactly what needs to be done. He even went above and beyond by removing an old hornets nest for us near the painting area. We had a change order to paint a ceiling in a room inside the home and they did it right away. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Job well done!"
