No surprises or cost increases
When it was time to repaint the exterior of the house, I contacted three companies to get bids. Sharon and Craig were so much better in just the estimate process I knew they would be the ones to go with. The first step, of course, was to walk the property. As with other companies, I expected to walk the property and then get a price a few days later. Not with them. As soon as we finished, Sharon went over their painting project process while Craig put together a very detailed estimate on everything that was to be done, and all this in a 30-minute meeting. All I received from others was a number. The estimate was the best of the three, and I instantly offered them the job. The painting of the house was excellent, and Sharon and Craig were there during all stages of the work. They were even able to handle with ease some challenges in the replacement of some original wood that was a very odd size. Definitely hands-on with the work to make sure it was done to exceed my expectations. The work was done on time and at the cost provided. No surprises or increases in cost. I would recommend them to anyone, and they will be doing interior work for me next.

I found 360 Painting through a Google search and reached out to them for an interior painting bid after having a nightmare of an experience trying to get a bid from a different painting contractor. Natalie and Gary, the owners of 360 Painting, showed up on time (actually, they were even a few minutes early) for the bid estimate appointment and were extremely thorough. They took pictures and made notes of everything we wanted done, and were extremely professional. They told me they'd get the bid to me the following day, but I had it in my inbox just a few hours later. Their bid was half the price of the other bid we received, and we chose to move forward with them not only for their pricing, but because we were extremely impressed with them. I prefer to do business with someone I'd want to go get a glass of wine with, and Natalie and Gary are definitely those people! I would absolutely welcome them into my home at any time! We just finished having our house painted today, and their crew did an absolutely incredible job. The crew showed up on time every single day, didn't leave a mess, and were very respectful to the fact that my husband and I were working from home. They pretty much worked in silence. Natalie and Gary were here at least once, if not multiple times, per day to check in on the crew and make sure they were getting things done. My husband never hires work out and prefers to DIY because he wants things done in a very particular way, and he also can't stop raving about how impressed he's been, which says so much about how great of a job 360 Painting did. We will definitely be using them again for any future painting needs!
