    "We purchased a home in Del Webb eTown in May 2024. Unfortunately, Pulte Homes uses the cheapest Sherwin-Williams paint available, so we needed to repaint after two years. I met with Luis Pereira, who walked the property and quoted the job that day. I decided as long as I was painting the house, I would also paint the rain gutters, downspouts, and soffits (Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain in Satin). Luis explained to me they spray the house and brush around the windows, so the project would be done in one day (they power-washed my house one week before painting). My project had to be rescheduled due to the cold weather. I had to go out of town, so I wasn’t here when the job was done, but Luis stopped by my house and took pictures. I was a little unsure of only one coat of paint being applied, but the house looks amazing and Luis was great to work with."
