Phil and Debbie are incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process of providing room by room estimates and scheduling painters, final walk through and touch-ups. Their teams of painters are very skilled and kind. They are the first company I recommend when friends/colleagues are looking to spruce up their homes with paint inside and outside.
Kayla Smith2024-01-15These are photos of my home office (built in 2020 and was in previously like-new condition) painted by 360 Painting of Ann Arbor this Saturday. Summary of Issues: -Painted around light switch covers without removing them. -Paint left on various spots of the carpet around the perimeter of the room and even some rubbed into spots in the center of room. -Painter put open paint cans directly on carpet multiple times in my presence. You can see rings in carpet photo. -The room appeared to have not been tarped whatsoever, aside from one arm chair, despite this being discussed prior to the job with both owners. -The painter hastily “touched up” issues in my presence where no tarp was present as I discussed concerns with the owner. -Poor attitude of painter. He made a sassy comment about my house being too far of a drive in front of me to the owner. -Paint drips, strange textures, and/or streaks cover essentially the entire room. -Painter applied second coat of paint immediately after 1st coat with no dry time. I feel this caused 50% of the issues. -The other 50% seems to correlate with non existent prep work. In summary - a teenager likely would have done a more professional job than this. This company’s work was a degradation to my home’s appearance. Very disappointing.

He was easy to work with and addressed all of our concerns. Debbie was the project manager and was extremely helpful with our color selections. She checked in often and kept us updated throughout the process. The painter did a great job and finished ahead of schedule. The entire team showed true commitment customer satisfaction. The care and concern exceeded our expectations.
